Our story started in 2001, when the owner Shun and Kiyomi first met at a campus in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. The both liked exploring the city together and eating it’s speciality food called “cheese stakes”, a sandwich with grilled thin slices of beef and cheese. They believe that this food will be surely loved by many people in Japan and have to introduce it someday.

They came back to Japan after staying in Canada and China, and decided to open a restaurant to provide authentic foods with safe ingredients in reasonable prices.

The style of the restaurant is food truck which is the same as Kim’s cheesesteaks”, the best cheesesteaks we ever had in Philly.

私達の歴史は2001年、アメリカ、ペンシルベニア州フィラデルフィアで始まりました。オーナーの二人は市内のキャンパスで出会い、共に勉強し、街を散策し、そして名物のチーズステーキの食べ比べをしながら、いつの日か日本にこのチーズステーキを紹介したいと思っていました。

カナダや中国での滞在後に帰国し、各地で出会った美味しい物を出来るだけ現地で食べたあの味そのままに、安全な素材と手頃な価格で日本の皆様に食べて頂きたいと、お店をオープンすることを決意しました。

お店のスタイルは当時食べたチーズステーキの中でも一番美味しかった、Kimさんのフードトラックに倣いました。
